Log in to your account at shopcalico.com. Tap "Calico Rewards" and then tap "Redeem My Points." Choose the reward you want, and tap "Redeem." Copy the discount code, and apply during checkout. Forgot to copy? You can always go back and find your unused code in the rewards panel.
Your loyalty points will expire if you don't redeem them after one year.
Both in-store and online purchases will apply points to your account. Just make sure to use the same email address in-store and online.
Our new, improved loyalty program was launched in July 2023. If you shopped with us within the last year, your old points are carried over. Any points or in-store rewards accumulated from purchases prior to 2023 have expired.
